The End of Year Book Tag

I can’t believe it’s already December guys! Is it just me or does it seem like each year gets shorter and shorter? I found this book tag a while ago (I can’t remember from where exactly) and thought this would be a great tag for nearing the end of the year!


ARE THERE ANY BOOKS YOU STARTED THIS YEAR THAT YOU NEED TO FINISH?

In addition to the many books still left on my TBR for the year, there were quite a few that I never got around to finishing that I wanted to. Windwitch (The Witchlands #2) by Susan Dennard. I loved Truthwitch but I just couldn’t get into Windwitch when it released. I had hoped to come back to it later but never got around to it.


DO YOU HAVE AN AUTUMNAL BOOK TO TRANSITION INTO THE END OF THE YEAR?

I don’t have a go-to book for transitioning towards the end of the year, but An Enchantment of Ravens by Margaret Rogerson was the perfect fall book to get me into the mood. 


IS THERE A NEW RELEASE YOU’RE STILL WAITING FOR?

I was waiting for Immortal Reign (Falling Kingdoms #6) by Morgan Rhodes but apparently I missed the memo that the release date was pushed back until February 😩


WHAT ARE THREE BOOKS YOU WANT TO READ BEFORE THE END OF THE YEAR?

I’m hoping I’ll be able to finish more than three more books before the end of the year so I can accomplish my Goodreads Reading Challenge, but realistically it probably won’t happen. The three I really want to finish though are:


 

IS THERE A BOOK YOU THINK COULD STILL SHOCK YOU AND BECOME YOUR FAVOURITE BOOK OF THE YEAR?

I think I’ve read all my favorite books of the year!


HAVE YOU ALREADY STARTED MAKING READING PLANS FOR 2018?

I started my 2018 TBR list way back in January, and it seems to be growing larger every week! Hopefully I’ll be able to cross more off the list than I was this year.
