The Goodreads Book Tag

Hello everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! I only had today off but it was time well spent. I found this tag at ThriceRead and it looked really fun so I decided to give it a go!

WHAT WAS THE LAST BOOK YOU MARKED AS ‘READ’?
Infinity by Jus Accardo. I received an ARC from Netgalley.

WHAT ARE YOU CURRENTLY READING?
Witch’s Pyre by Josephine Angelini, Highlander Most Wanted by Maya Banks, and Crooked Kingdom by Leigh Bardugo (but I’ve put that on hold for now).

WHAT WAS THE LAST BOOK YOU MARKED AS ‘TBR’?
The Dark Days Pact by Alison Goodman

WHAT BOOK DO YOU PLAN TO READ NEXT?
Bright Smoke, Cold Fire by Rosamund Hodge

DO YOU USE THE STAR RATING SYSTEM?
Yes, absolutely. Although sometimes I through a half a star in there.

ARE YOU DOING THE 2016 READING CHALLENGE?
I do it every year! I’ve currently read 79 of my goal of 100 so far.

DO YOU HAVE A WISH LIST?
Not on Goodreads, but I do have a Word document wish list.

WHAT DO YOU PLAN TO BUY NEXT?
Blood For Blood by Ryan Graudin

DO YOU HAVE ANY FAVORITE QUOTES? SHARE A FEW.
Oh God, how to choose only a few?!

“He’s more myself than I am. Whatever our souls are made of, his and mine are the same.” – Emily Brontë, Wuthering Heights

“But if men are the makers and breakers of empires, then women are the makers and breakers of men.” – Kate Quinn, Lady of the Eternal City

“I came here for you. You’re my flag. You’re my nation.” – Leigh Bardugo, Siege and Storm

“I want you to remember that it wouldn’t have made any difference to me. It’s never made any difference to me when it came to you. I’d still pick you. I’ll always pick you.” – Sarah J. Mass, Crown of Midnight

It was way harder than it should have been to only pick a few. I had to restrain myself from posting everything Malyen Oretsev has ever said in The Grisha Trilogy. It was also really hard narrowing down my favorite Kate Quinn quote.

WHO ARE YOUR FAVORITE AUTHORS?
Kate Quinn, Tessa Dare, Jennifer L. Armentrout, J.K. Rowling

HAVE YOU JOINED ANY GROUPS?
Between Words, Polls for our Souls, Book Traveling Thursdays
