Who Am I Book Tag

I saw this over at Thrice Read‘s blog and it looked way too fun to resist! I’ve been too busy to post anything other than book reviews so I thought this would be a good way to change things up a bit!

WHAT IS MY MYERS-BRIGGS PERSONALITY TYPE?

I was a Psychology major in college, so the amount of times I’ve taken this test is kind of obnoxious. But for some reason I get different results every time! (Link)

I was very surprised by my results, as I haven’t ever really thought as myself as a leader before. However, after reading through the entire profile, I have to say I agree with almost everything it said, although I don’t think I have ever been called sensitive in my life. It’s sometimes scary how accurate these psychological personality tests can be!

WHAT IS MY ZODIAC SIGN?

I am the best example of a Gemini that you will ever find.

WHAT IS MY HOGWARTS HOUSE?

I have taken the Pottermore test numerous times, not to mention a variety of other personality Hogwarts placement tests, and my results seem to always balance somewhere between Slytherin and Ravenclaw. Because I have a dual-personality (see above lol), I honestly would feel at home in either house and both would be a good fit for me. (Link)

I am not surprised at all by these results. I’m a definitely a visual learner and pick up information best with a hands-on approach. (Link)

AM I RIGHT OR LEFT BRAIN DOMINANT?

Neither side is dominant and I use both hemispheres of my brain equally. From the few other times I’ve taken tests similar to this, I’ve always gotten that neither side is dominant as well. (Link)

WHAT IS MY BLOOD TYPE?

This always causes a bit of debate in our family. Both my parents, my brother, and I are all the same blood type: O. However, my mom swears we are all O+ while my dad adamantly believes we’re all universal donors, which would mean we have O- blood. The mystery remains. Although it would be nice to know for sure, for medical/emergency reasons.

WHAT CAREER AM I MEANT TO HAVE?

I was really interested in what result I would get, especially since everyone else seemed to be getting the same thing: writer. My interests are varied and there have always been a number of different career paths that I would have loved to pursue/would have been successful at.

Therapist

I don’t agree that being a therapist would be my ideal career choice – it was actually one of the few paths for a psychology major that I knew for a fact I didn’t want to pursue. However, the description is pretty accurate for a Physician Assistant as well, which is what I’m currently working towards. (Link)

I am the firstborn in our family. Natural leaders, ambitious, and responsible are all traits associated with being the eldest. These all tie-in nicely and are congruent with the results of the other personality types and tests that I’ve shared. (Link)
